At RIBBONIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date of your order.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Show no excessive use, damage, or modifications

  • Include all original parts, accessories, and packaging

  • Be properly packed for return shipment

  • Include proof of purchase or order number

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product if damaged or defective

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement costs.

  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an order error occurred.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Incomplete returns or items without adequate packaging

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, consumers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it under applicable consumer protection laws.

This right is included within our 30-day return policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method,

  • within approximately 5–10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
